Are your products really 100% Natural?
All the products that we create are made from the simplest ingredients brought to us by nature. Yes they are no less than 100% Natural.
What is the Natural Antioxidant Preservative?
The technology that is used for creating this preservative is using essential oil, and botanical derivates to protect products from spoiling. Not only does the preservative which uses the highest level ORAC antioxidants protect the product but it also adds benefits to the use of our products.
What Inspired you to create "Delizioso Skincare"?
Searching for a Natural brand of products to use, we decided why not make our own line of products which will be: delicious, greatly scented, truly healthy, and friendly to the environment. There are many natural brands out there but Delizioso is different because of the exquisite natural scents, new concepts, outstanding properties and quality.
What about Organic?
Most of the ingredients that we use in our products are in fact Certified Organic Meaning avoidance of most synthetic chemical inputs, genetically modified organisms, irradiation, and the use of sewage sludge;use of farmland that has been free from chemicals for a number of years , maintaining strict physical separation of organic products from non-certified products; and undergoing periodic on-site inspections. Organic is extremely important in skincare.
Is Delizioso Skincare the most natural brand out there?
There are many brands to choose from but we pride to have an extremely high quality of products. Every ingredient we use is coming from the finest natural scources.
How can you formulate skincare without using preservatives?
Delizioso Skincare uses a potent 100% Natural formula based on botanical extracts and antioxidants. This way we can bring you 100% Natural preservative free products with long lasting anti- bacterial properties.
How long product use will I have after I opened my product?
For the freshest products we do recommend you to use up products a year within the time you opened/received it. To achieve the most optimum results we do recommend using our full facial line of products to keep skin glowing with a fully natural regimen.
What is your approach to the environment?
All Delizioso Skincare products are eco friendly. We truly respect and love our planet and think that we need to take better care of it, thus none of our products bring any harm to the environment. All our packaging is recyclable therefore it will not stay in landfills like many others.
How about Vegan?
Most of our products are formulated to be 100% Vegan. The only exceptions are products which are formulated with Organic Honey, and Beeswax.
Cruelty Free?
All our products are NEVER and have NEVER been tested on animals. Also since all our ingredients come from nature non of them have been tested on animals either. All of our suppliers do support animal rights as we do. The only exception is honey and Lanolin, and in the process of collecting honey no bees have been harmed, as well in the process of Lanolin collection the animals are unharmed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
To receive your order it should take approximately 4-5 days depending on your location. If you are in Canada shipments will arrive faster.
When I pay for shipping what do I pay for?
You not only pay for a safe delivery to your destination but also the eco friendly packaging materials we use to safely send your parcel.
What if my product leaked or spilt.. can I return it?
We ship and really tightly pack products so those situations will not occur, but unfortunately we cannot 100% guarantee that shipping companies will handle products with care. Due to past experiences we do not currently accept returns and formulate our products to the most satisfaction.
Samples?
We currently do not ship out sample sizes unless you are a company interested in wholesale purchasing. Please refer to mini sizes for smaller amount of product for trial.
Your Products look very tasty, can I eat them?
Despite for the fact that all our ingredients are 100% Natural and most are in fact consumeble, due to concentrations of essential oils and extracts in our products we do not recommend you to use our products internally. They have been formulated for external use only.
